[Event Report] Pop-up held at Daimaru Fukuoka Tenjin store
hello everyone! This is minori, director of calm160.
We held a pop-up event for 7 days from October 11th (Wednesday) to October 17th (Tuesday), 2023, which was calm160's first department store event. We would like to introduce some of our customers' comments and events.
The venue is a corner of the men's floor on the 4th floor of the Daimaru Fukuoka Tenjin store, just outside Nishitetsu Tenjin Station. We opened the store as part of a project called "Kyushu Deep Discovery" to introduce Kyushu brands and manufacturers.
Although we held a pop-up once in May in Fukuoka, I thought calm160 was still relatively unknown. However, many of the visitors

Thank you for letting me know about calm160 in advance, and I was filled with gratitude every time.
Customers who stopped by while doing other shopping and learned about calm160 for the first time said, "I'm rooting for you! Keep up the good work!" and I felt like I was loved by everyone in Fukuoka. It was 7 days.
Many people visited the store because they could try on everything from standard items to new items for this fall and winter.
The most popular item during the pop-up was the calm Tapered Slacks series.
These calm slacks are sold with the catchphrase "no need to re-hem". After experiencing the secret "removable hem" , I received many comments such as "What is this! 😲" and "I've never seen it before!", and I smiled while introducing the item (lol) )
Additionally, the ``removable and washable lining'' was well received by female customers such as partners and mothers who shop with 160 Men's!
Calm slacks are made of wool-based fabric, so you should avoid washing or drying them in a tumbler. On the other hand, it's a hassle to take your clothes to the dry cleaner every time you wear them. This is where this removable lining comes into play. This is made from machine-washable fabric, so if it gets dirty with sweat, you can just wash this lining in your home washing machine as usual, and you won't have to take it to the dry cleaner every time.
In addition, calm Tapered Slacks <size 3> are available only in stores. It's a little hard to tell from the photo, but the waist and hips are larger than size 2. The hem length is the same as other sizes 1 and 2.

A customer who tried on the whole body calm160.
Since she is 163cm tall, she doesn't usually have pants that fit her well... The calm slacks were the perfect length and went well with my leather shoes.
Last week in Fukuoka, I was still sweating during the day, so I thought it might be a little early, but I also had a new stainless steel collar coat in the store. Many of the customers who tried it on said, ``It's lighter than I imagined!'', which made me realize, ``Is that so!''? It looks like a solid wool coat with a heavy winter feel, but it is light compared to its appearance, so I would like many people to try this on.
This stainless steel coat is available in navy and brown colors in addition to the gray pictured.
