[Event Report] Pop-up held in Nakazakicho, Osaka

The calm160 pop-up event was held in Nakazaki-cho, Osaka for two days from December 15th (Friday) to December 16th (Saturday), 2023. Although it was held over a short period of time, I had a lot of fun talking with everyone from 160 Men's, and it was a really fun two days. Thank you very much to everyone who came!

This time, I would like to share with you the details of the event.

Actually, this is my first time holding a pop-up event in Osaka. We had held an event at this same location in Nakazakicho before, but at that time, the only items we had were calm T-shirts and calm slacks, and we were still trying out crowdfunding. Therefore, we were unable to purchase the products, so we held a "try-on" event. I'm really grateful to the calm160 users who have been supporting me since then. . There were some people who came to visit us again this time, and I was really happy to be able to meet them in person for the first time in a while 😄

Although the exhibition was only for two days, we mainly exhibited fall/winter items from calm160. The most popular item was the classic calm slacks! It is no exaggeration to say that these slacks are one of calm160's signature items. In addition to checking the size and making sure the hem length fits, some customers also come to see us wondering, "What does this hem look like?" Calm slacks have removable hems and can be worn with single or double hems. I was also happy that I was able to see it in person and try it on.

Also, during the pop-up, we will try out Instagram Live. Even though we started at the odd time of 8pm on a weekday, it seems like a lot of people watched it... Thank you so much 🙇‍♀️ I'd like to properly convey the characteristics of the items on Instagram Live again. I have it. I'll do my best to improve little by little!

During the pop-up in Osaka, the temperature on the first day was 20 degrees, which is hard to believe it's December...🥵, but it gradually became colder, and on the second night it was freezing ⛄️
With such a difference in temperature, it's hard to know what kind of clothes to wear these days. We also recommend the calm160 coat, but since you can adjust the temperature depending on the temperature, we also recommend the collarless jacket that can be paired with calm slacks, or the calm long T-shirt, which is made of 100% organic cotton and is comfortable to the touch.

Since it was open for only 2 days (actually 1.5 days), the experience was truly instantaneous. However, I was able to talk to a lot of people this time, including 160 Men who I hadn't met in a long time, and 160 Men who came to know about calm160 through Instagram and other things, and who I was meeting for the first time in person. It was a valuable experience for me! Once again, we would like to thank everyone who came to our Osaka pop-up.
